Why me?

I’ve spent the last eight years coaching. But I didn’t get into coaching just because I love training plans. I got into it because I saw just how far people could go with the right guidance.

When runners do too much, follow generic programs, or chase fitness at the expense of their health, the result is usually the same: injuries, burnout, and frustration. Often from doing the wrong things consistently.

My approach is built to do the opposite. I create dynamic, personalised training that fits around real life, develops resilience, and supports consistent progress. Not just run coaching, but intelligent strength work shaped by thousands of hours of 1-to-1 in person coaching, so you’re not just fitter - you’re more robust.

Whether you’re training for your first race, chasing a stubborn PB, or simply want to feel strong and confident in your body, my role is to guide you, keep you accountable, and help you progress without breaking down.
